Romantic Room, How It Works?
1- You reserved a Room at Any Hotel in Paris.
2- Order one of our Romantic Room Decoration.
3- Due to high demand, orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance
of your hotel check-in time. If you are ordering for a design to be performed inside of the 48 hour check-in window, please contact us at email@example.com
4- On the order form, provide us with the necessary information (hotel name,
confirmation number etc...as well as your contact information)
5- We will coordinate with the hotel and you to decorate your room prior to your
6- We will follow up with the hotel on the morning of your arrival.
7- All you need to do is show up and your room will be decorated and ready to go!

Ambiancity produits are delivered within Paris only.
Will my theme be installed in my hotel room as soon as I arrive ?
Yes, your products will be present in your room and decorated. Subject of acceptance of person in charge of the hotel, except "Room Decoration"
Will the prices include TTC or HT ?
Prices will include French VAT which is 19,6 %
Which countries are affected by VAT ?
25 countries of European Community are subject to VAT. Other countries will have to pay and ask for its payback to authorities.
How long does it take to treat an order ?
Your package will be taken care and deliver within 12hrs.
Please bear in mind bank holidays, this will require further days to prepare your order.
I didn't received my package ?
In cases you have not received your package within 48 hours after the order day:
- Check the exact address of delivery
- login to your account to check steps of order
- Make contact with our customer service department: email@example.com
There is a mistake in my order or I received a defective article ?
